Five years ago a hacker arrived with his daughter came to Pirate's Nest during the last wave of anarchist emigration before the first music war. Unlike other anarchists, who stake their claim on seastead near the islands or colonized uninhabited islands that even the native freemen dare not live, he instead elects to to live in a house that is reputated to be haunted. As a hacker specialzing in shipbuilding, he earned a nice living helping the freeman of Resistor Island build up their shipyard and advance the art of ship designs.

However, he would come to find out that the house he lived in is really haunted.
